Courtney Pittman

Courtney Pittman is the owner and founder of Integrated Pathways. She has worked as an occupational therapist with the pediatric population since 2003 in outpatient and early intervention settings serving various diagnoses.

She started specializing and training in MNRI theory and protocols in 2017 to develop and mature primary reflexes, motor patterns, and all sensory systems in kids and teens. The MNRI protocols are safe, simple, and effective in helping mature sensory, motor, cognitive, and emotional skills.

Courtney is also certified in Astronaut Training and Therapeutic Listening.

Courtney enjoys being outside, walking, decorating, and traveling with her husband and two teenagers.

Becca Hampton

Becca Hampton is an occupational therapist who has worked with various populations for nine years, including five years working with children.

Becca is currently training and attending classes in the Masgutova Method/MNRI. She also has experience with sensory integration, fine and visual motor skills, coordination training, and executive functioning skills. Becca is also certified in Therapeutic Listening.

Becca’s passion is guiding children and families to utilize their natural surroundings to build character, encounter sensory experiences, and enhance curiosity through play.

When not working, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. She loves exploring nature, visiting the family farm, reading, and traveling.

Kaitlyn Cavins

Kaitlyn Cavins recently graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga’s Occupational Therapy program. She enjoys working with kids of all ages, especially infants and toddlers.

She has clinical and research experience in pediatric acute care and the neonatal intensive care unit, and is currently training and attending classes in the Masgutova Method/MNRI.

Kaitlyn is passionate about helping children succeed in their daily occupations and environments. She loves helping children reach their goals through play, and developing independence and success through family collaboration.

In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and dog, Curella. She enjoys being active in her church, curling up with a good book, and exploring beautiful Chattanooga.

Hello! My name is Ashley Prosser and I am the owner and physical therapist at Scenic City Pediatric Therapy.

I specialize in pediatric physical therapy and I am currently undergoing more extensive training with Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and have my Level B certification. 

It has been a truly rewarding experience to work alongside and collaborate with the therapists of Integrated Pathways.

Morgan Gilley

Morgan Gilley is an occupational therapist who has worked with children and young adults for eight years. She has experience in pediatric acute care, neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, pediatric outpatient therapy, and working in an interdisciplinary oncology survivorship clinic.

Morgan is currently training and attending classes in the Masgutova Method/MNRI. She also has experience with neurodevelopmental treatment/NDT, sensory integration, fine and visual motor skills, and bilateral coordination skills. Morgan is also certified in Astronaut Training. Morgan is passionate about helping individuals and their families reach their goals and become more successful in their daily lives. 

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She likes to spend time outside, visiting family and friends, going on walks and going to local Chattanooga restaurants.
