Courtney Pittman is a Chattanooga native who has worked as an Occupational Therapist with the pediatric special needs population since 2003. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, with a bachelor of science degree in Occupational Therapy. Courtney has primarily worked in the outpatient setting serving a wide variety of diagnoses such as but not limited to; autism, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, sensory processing dysfunction, developmental delay, etc.

Courtney has been a guest lecturer for the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga's Occupational Therapy doctorate program. She has taught individual classes for their pediatric course on autism, feeding, and how primary reflex patterns play a role in infant and child development.

Courtney started studying the Masgutova Method in 2017. MNRI® (Masgutova Neuro-Sensory-Motor-Reflex Integration) was founded by Dr. Svetlana Masgutova and is based on her extensive research on primary reflex patterns and how they can affect overall development and healing. The MNRI® protocols are safe, simple, and effective in helping mature motor, cognitive, and emotional skills.
