Frequently Asked Questions

What do evaluations look like?

Evaluations typically take 60-120 minutes. We take a thorough history from the parent/caregiver accompanying the child. The child is then observed on a mat or a therapy table in a relaxed setting. We will request to observe their reflexes through their ability to maintain simple motor patterns. Parents remain with the child the entire time. In addition to the history and observations, the parent will be emailed links to standardized testing to complete a well-rounded evaluation. A full report, including scores from the emailed assessments, will be mailed to the parent, and a copy will be faxed to the referring provider.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We can bill as an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (any state), Cigna, Tricare, Aetna, Alliant, United Health Care, Bluecare, TennCare Select, and Georgia Medicaid/Peach Care for Kids. We are not in network with Peach State and United Health Care Community Plan/Cover Kids or Amerigroup of TN.

Copay/Co-insurance: Traditional insurance health plans include a copay per visit according to your specific plan. Integrated Pathways can notify you of your particular copay per request.

Deductible: A deductible is the total amount you pay annually before your insurance begins to pay for services. Newer health insurance plans, such as high-deductible health plans, may have a larger deductible you must reach before your insurance pays for treatment. Once your insurance is verified, Integrated Pathways can confirm your yearly deductible amount and what each visit will cost towards that deductible, per request.

How much are your services if I choose to do private pay?

An evaluation is $150. One-hour therapy sessions are $85 per one-hour session and $127.50 per 90-minute session.

As of June 1st, 2024, our cash pay rate will increase to $100 per one-hour session, $150 per 90-minute session, and $175 per evaluation.

1. Caregivers can pay through the web portal with the link you received when you first assigned a portal in Simple Practice or via the link listed at the bottom of your invoice.

2. Pay by check in person or by mail to 5819 Winding Lane, Hixson, TN 37415, Suite 105

3. Download the Simple Practice app on Google or Apple. (green background/white butterfly). This is the simplest option for many of our families.

4. Set up autopay with Stephanie. Please reach out to her at stephanie.cooper@medcredips.com. She can save your choice of credit or HSA/FSA card on file and bill you when there is a balance. You can also set up a payment plan with Stephanie to run your card with a specific weekly or bi-weekly amount.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Integrated Pathways strives to see all our clients promptly. However, at this time, we utilize a general waitlist for clients waiting on time slots with all our therapists. A family's wait time depends significantly on their flexibility and the times/days they are willing to come in for sessions.

Due to the high demand for after-school appointments, we also have a separate waitlist for those families needing a 3 p.m. or later slot.

At this time, Courtney Pittman uses an episodic care schedule. Courtney sees a cohort of clients weekly or bi-weekly for 12 weeks, January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December. Families are then asked to take a break to practice their home program over the break.

While being seen for OT, families are asked to be present throughout the sessions to learn and complete the protocols at home. While on their break, families are asked to continue practicing their exercises.
