What do evaluations look like?

Evaluations typically take 60-120 minutes. We take a thorough history from the parent/caregiver accompanying the child. The child is then observed on a mat or a therapy table in a relaxed setting. We will request observation of their reflexes by assessing their ability to maintain simple motor patterns. Parents remain with the child at all times. In addition to the history and observations, the parent will be emailed links to standardized testing to complete a well-rounded evaluation. A full report, including scores from the emailed assessments, will be mailed to the parent, and a copy will be faxed to the referring provider.

Copay/Co-insurance: Traditional health insurance plans typically include a per-visit copay, as specified by your plan. Integrated Pathways can provide your specific copay, as requested.

Deductible: The amount you pay annually before your insurance begins to cover services. Newer health insurance plans, such as high-deductible health plans, may have a larger deductible you must reach before your insurance pays for treatment. Once your insurance is verified, Integrated Pathways can confirm your annual deductible amount and the cost of each visit toward that deductible, upon request.

How much are your services if I choose to pay privately?

An evaluation costs $175. One-hour therapy sessions are $100 per hour, and 90-minute sessions are $150.

What if I have questions before I decide MNRI® is the right fit for my child?

What if I’m ready to get started?

Please get in touch with your pediatrician, nurse practitioner, or developmental pediatrician and request that an OT prescription and demographics be faxed to 1-800-470-1905. We will contact you within 5-7 business days to schedule an OT evaluation.

How do I pay my balance?

1. Caregivers can pay through the web portal with the link you received when you first assigned a portal in Simple Practice or via the link listed at the bottom of your invoice.

2. Pay by check in person or by mail to 5819 Winding Lane, Hixson, TN 37415, Suite 105

3. Download the Simple Practice app on Google or Apple. (green background/white butterfly). This is the simplest option for many of our families.

4. Set up autopay with Stephanie. Please reach out to her at stephanie.cooper@medcredips.com. She can save your choice of credit or HSA/FSA card on file and bill you when there is a balance. You can also set up a payment plan with Stephanie to charge your card for a specific weekly or biweekly amount.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Integrated Pathways strives to see all our clients promptly. However, at this time, we use a general waitlist for clients seeking time slots with all our therapists. A family's wait time depends significantly on their flexibility and the days and times they are willing to attend sessions.

Due to high demand for after-school appointments, we also maintain a separate waitlist for families needing a 3 p.m. or later slot.

While receiving OT, families are asked to attend all sessions to learn and complete the protocols at home. While on their break, families are invited to continue practicing their exercises.
